Kitestrophik takes care of everything that kiters, beginners and their carers (wives, husbands, lovers, own sons and not only) may need during their stay in Jericoacoara. Long as 5 years we offer lessons in wonderful places, always taking care of the environment. Kitestrophik has the latest equipment of the best brands in the world (North Kiteboarding, ION), certified instructors and assistants, with international experiences. We offer transfers to the spots with buggy, 4x4 jeeps, horseback riding and horse-drawn carriage. Of offer differents services for your holiday, to live a unique experience. We speak Italian, English, Portuguese, Spanish.

Spot
Jericoacoara offers differents kite-spots with differents conditions, ocean with nice waves (big when it's full moon and new moon) many kms of beach for amazing downwinders, lagoons and rivers with flat water.

Wind
Jericoacoara is the perfect place for beginner and expert kiters. The north east wind: Trade Winds at the end of the morning join to another thermal wind coming from North, from the sea. A tipical 'wind day' in Jericoacoara is: 7:00 till 9:00 Trade Winds blowing from east, 15 - 20 knods; from 11.00/ 12:00 till 18:00 (sometime till the night) Trade Winds and thermal wind blowing from north east direction, 20 - 30 knods.

The wind season in Jerí is from July to February- March, it depends on the rainy season (February to June). Mounths with strongest wind: August, September and October. The wind is guaranteed throughout the season while at the beginning and end of the wind season the percentage of wind is a little lower.
